o pulpa de miel
250g ciuperci
1 vanata
1 dovlecel
1 legatura de ceapa
1 legatura de usturoi
500 ml vin alb
2 linguri de ulei
2 fire de rozmarin
Vanata si dovlecelul se taie felii, ceapa si usturoiul se toaca marunt. Se aseaza pulpa de miel in tava unsa cu ulei, se acopera cu legume si se ineaca in vin. Se presara rozmarinul deasupra.
La cuptor cam 2 ore, pana ce carnea se patrunde usor cu furculita.
